White Wine & Rosé

Auxerrois Trocken 2025

Typical grape variety from the Kraichgau region; subtle acidity; fruity; reminiscent of mirabelle plum, mango and quince.

Auxerrois is an old grape variety typical of the Kraichgau region, which had long been forgotten. Auxerrois belongs to the Pinot family and is therefore related to the Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc grape varieties. Matured in stainless steel tanks and fermented entirely spontaneously, its aroma is reminiscent of ripe fruits such as quince, mirabelle plum, and mango. Its subtle acidity and structure make this wine an ideal all-rounder, enjoyable both on its own and as an accompaniment to food.
